Am I eligible to get B.Ed Degree being a B.Tech Degree holder with 59% of marks?
I am a B. Tech. degree holder with 59% marks. Am i eligible for gating Bed degree?

Yes. You are eligible to get B.Ed degree after your B.Tech. You have scored 59% in B.Tech and that is enough for you to be eligible to appear for B.Ed and getting a degree. The minimum qualification required for B.Ed is bachelors degree in any stream from a UGC recognised university with a minimum marks of 50% in aggregate. The B.Ed course duration is of 1 year.

Yes my friend, you are eligible for B.Ed. after completing your degree in B.Tech from recognized university with 59 percent marks. These sufficient enough.
Eligibility Criteria: 1. The candidate must be graduate/post graduate in any stream from recognized University with at least 55-60 percent marks. The list of colleges offering B.Ed. course as a distance education is given below: 1. Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi 2. Jamia Millia Islamia Centre for Distance and Open Learning(JMI-CDOL), Delhi 3. Bharathar University 4. University of Jammu Directorate of Distance Education 5. Punjab University- Department of Correspondence studies 6. Kota Open university 7. Himachal Pradesh University International Centre for Distance Education and Open Learning, Shimla, HP 8.
