I am a central government employee. My gross salary is Rs.540000. My parents are unemployed and they are not receiving income from any other sources. If i want to apply for any other post, Am i eligible to get the benefits of OBC Non-creamy layer

Is there any benefit in income tax slab for OBC

my father is asso. professor in university & mother is retired govt officer (class 1). and on my school leaving certificate my caste is wrong . which is mentioned open caste. but i belongs to obc, my cousins has ncl and obc certificates. can i get obc certificate and ncl.

Yes you are eligible
First you can fill the OBC Non Cremy Layer form and go for MRO office and take a signature MRO in this form
After you can wait 5 days and rake a print OBC Non Cremy Layer certificate
