IAS Examination or Official name Civil service examination is for candidates who are aspiring to be in good positions of government jobs. for example like IAS/IPS/IFS etc.,

the eligibility criteria required for these kinda candidates are as follows :-
->You should definitely be a graduate.
->you should complete 21 years of minimum age.
->your degree should be a recognized degree from a recognized University of India.

if your hindi literature is a degree course then you are eligible for the examination.
as per my knowledge there is no limitation for percentage the UPSC authorities just need your intellect brain but not percentages on papers.

Degree is a must , Percentage and trade are not that important.

Yes you are eligible for appearing for the IAS exam. The eligibility criteria for the IAS is graduation in any discipline. The age limit for the exam will be 30 years.
There will be 5% relaxation for the SC/ST reserved candidate.
So therefore you are eligible for the IAS exam.

HINDI LITERATURE are eligible for IAS exam.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IAS EXAM:-

(i) Age limits :

Your age should be between 21-30 years . (Upper age limit relax able for SCs/STs, OBCs and certain other categories ).

(ii) Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree of a recognized university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

(iii) No. of permissible attempts :

Four of general category. (Seven attempts of OBCs and no limit for SCs/STs )

To become an IAS(Indian Administrative Service) officer the below qualifications are needed.
1>You have to be a graduate from any recognized university by Govt. of India.
2>Your age should be between 21-30(5% relaxation for SC/ST and 3% relaxation for OBC)
3>You should be an Indian
IAS exam comes under UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) and the name of the exam is CSE(Civil Service Commission)
One more thing you should remember that you can take only 4 chances(7 for OBC and SC/ST can take until the age limit exceeds)

Fees is Rs 100(free for SC/ST/OBC)

Yes you are very much eligible for IAS exam after passing
degree in hindi literature.
A graduation degree in any stream and agr between 21 and 30 is required
to apply for Ias exam.

I.A.S exam exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year.

Age limit:-
For Open category:- 21-30 year
For ST/SC category:- 21-33 year

Number of Attempts:-
For open category:- 4 attempts
For ST/SC category:- 7 attempts
