iam completed +2&diploma in marine mechanical fitter&fabrication(2 year) i have stcw95&indos certificate i have NCVT,STED,ITES CERTIFICATE SIR iam eligibile for indian cdc?

I have completed 12th & Diploma in marine mechanical fitter course @ Cochin . I have the certificates of ABS 4th, NCVT & Fire & Safety. I am I eligible for getting Indian CDC. What all thing I need to do for it ? Please inform me the apt centers for doing this course.
