Generally the eligibility criteria of companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc is that;

You should have 60% or more throughout your academics.
However sometimes it differs if no. of applicants is very high.
But, you are eligible to apply for these companies for sure in both On-campus and
Off-Campus placements.
Your percentage of marks in 10th and 12th are very good and its average in Graduation
so you should not fear from these eligibility conditions.
Just be prepare for the interview from both technical point of views and personality
point of views.

Is command over c& java is enough to get job in infosys ? In what way one can get command over language? How is preparation for written exam differs from campus placement ?

Actually aggregation in b.tech is one of the criteria in recruiting the campus placements,but in addition to that one must have the technical as well as communication skills.
For the software field there is necessity to learn c,c++,java,.net,etc. courses. You can learn them easily by the coaching centers.
You have to maintain the good communicating skills in getting the software job.
There are no. of software companies like
INFOSYS
WIPRO
CTS
SATYAM
TCS
In any of these companies you will get the job easily if are perfect with the core java and the subjects regarding your branch.
Then attend to the interviews tat being held at different places that when companies conduct JOB MELA programs.
So that you can get recruited in any one of above companies.

my dear friend you are definitely eligible for the interview of INFOSYS
the minimum requirement for the interview is, you must have graduated form technical coerce having 60% (specially for the b.tech form IT ,CS AND EEE).
you have some technical skill . there are many position like software designer , tester , software engineer etc.
the basic skill requirement are programming analysis of (c++, c# , java etc).
it is better to take specialized in any of these courses.
you must have good communication skill for getting the job in infosys.
if you have talent thus you are welcome in these companies

If you want to join Infosys then you must have 60% marks throughout the academics in 10th , 12th and Graduation.

Those who are having B.Tech. or MCA or MSc IT can apply for job in Infosys.

The selection is based on NAC-TECH test . Hence you have to give NAC-TECH test and qualify it if you want to get job in Infosys.

You should not have any active backlogs in you Graduation.

There will be interview also after NACTECH test. Interview will be of two types - one will be non technical and other will be technical.

You can also get job in Infosys without NACTECH but you should have 70 % in 10th and 12th and 75 % in Gradaution .
