For being eligible to the PO exam we need to be a graduate(any discipline)with 60 cent mrks. And for clerical exam we need to be hsc with 60 cent mrks. So what if a person hasn't scored 60 cent in hsc but scored 60cent at graduation, is he eligible for the clerical exam? Also is there any site which provides updated notifications on this exams?

and year , you are surely eligible for the PO exam.
for PO only 50% marks is needed in graduation if you are appearing for the IBPS PO exam.

the eligibility criterion of PO post is given below-

NATIONALITY-Indian citizenship is needed

AGE LIMIT- 20-30 years

AGE RELAXATION-5 years for SC/ST candidates,
3 years for OBC candidates,
10 years for Person with Disabilities,
5 years for Ex-Servicemen, Commissioned Officers etc.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION-
You need to have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized Institute/university.
