Am I eligible for RTO exams after scoring 1st class in final year exams?
i am in third year of mechanical engg.(degree). if I will score first class in my last year, then i am eligible for RTO exams?

What are the eligibelity of RTO exam . How do you perpar the RTO exam. I am finish diploma in automobile engg with 90% in 2010.I am doing final year B.E automobile engg . so please give me information for RTO exam.
