I WANT TO ASK WHETHER I AM ELIGIBLE TO STUDY ROBOTICS AND ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE AFTER COMPLETING MY 4 YEARS OF B.TECH IN ECE???....IF YES THEN WHICH COLLGES OR UNIVERSITIES ARE BEST
