Am I eligible for sub inspector post in Civil after passing distance degree in other state

Yes you are eligible to apply to UPSC Civil Services Exam(CSE)after completing your degree course from a recognised University/institution in Distance Learnng mode also.
CSE is conducted by UPSC every year to make recruitments to 24 services/posts. After clearing CSE you can get posts like IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS,etc based on your rank in the Final Merit list. So securing a good rank is very imp. to get the desired posts in the CSE.
