iam studying 1st year b.tech in guntur engg college my family is transfering to visakhapatnam so is there any chance to continue my second year in other engg college in vizag

Yes, there is option of college transfer in every university in second year of engineering. So if your present college of engineering and that which is in Vizag is under same university then you can apply for the college transfer.

For that, there are some conditions:

1. College in Vizag must have some vacant seats in that branch in which you want admission.

2. There is some percentage criteria which differs from college to college.

You must contact your registrar office for more details regarding college change as every university has some other rules and regulations.
