After B.Sc you are eligible for engineering entrance exams, but as you mention that you have PCB in 12th std. then you are not eligible for IIT and AIEEE but you will be eligible for state engineering entrance exam.

The eligibilty criteria for engineering entrace exams are-
1. You should have 10+2 with P.C.M from a recognized school or college.
2. minimum percentage required for IIT and AIEEE is 50% and for other states it is different.

To appear in Engineering entrances you need to first clear 12th class with 55% or more.

Your qualification makes you eligible for the engineering fields like biotechnology and biomedical engineering.

These fields have a very large scope as Biotechnology is booming worldwide.

Dear friend,
First of all, let me tell you one thing that you should not think much about engineering at this stage.
As you didn't show enough interest to keep Mathematics in 10+2, you are not eligible for any state level engineering entrance. You haven't mentioned your state. There are many state level entrance exams where there's no limit of attempts. So, now forget it.
As you didn't have Mathematics in B.Sc, lateral entry is also out of question at this stage.
The only option which is still alive before you is to go for diploma engineering from polytechnic colleges on the basis of your 10th board result. After 3 years of diploma course, you can take lateral entry in B.tech courses.
But from my point of view, if you study further in your subjects or write other competitive exams, it will be more beneficial for you.
There is nothing like that only engineering can give you good job and nothing else can't. If there isn't any special reason to opt for engineering, don't go for it.
Regards
~Uttam Nandi~

My dear friend,

There is the main entrance exam which is done after completion of 12th with non-medical stream. To get an admission in engineering you have to give the AIEEE entrance exam.

Where AIEEE stands for All India Engineering Entrance exam and it is conducted by CBSE and now the AIEEE comes in the form of JEE entrance exam.JEE comes in the form of two papers
1.JEE Main
2.JEE Advance

If you want to get an admission in some colleges or universities then you have to apply through JEE Main and if you clear JEE Main and want to take an admission in NIT or IIT then you have to give the JEE Advance entrance exam.

There are various streams if engineering in which you can get an admission and the streams in engineering are as follows:

Streams in engineering:

1.COmputer science engineering
2.Information technology
3.Civil Engineering
4.Mechanical Engineering
5.Aeronautical Engineering
6.Food technology
7.Biotechnology
8.Electrical Engineering
9.Electronics and communication Engineering
10.Nanotechnology
and many more.
