is there any govt jobs for civil engg diploma holders? please tell me if there are any jobs

I am doing b.tech mba integrated progrem my third year going on my degree approved by u.g.c so i can apply the railway as well as s.s.c exam?

Civil engineering diploma holders can look for junior level job positions in the government sector. There is plenty of scope of diploma holders in government organisation like PWD,DMRC etc. You can join companies like bhel as engineering assistance.

There are several companies which requires diploma holders for various posts like junior engineer post like ntpc,bhel,ongc,hpcl,bpcl etc

Civil Diploma holders have the scope in the following Departments:
PWD B&R, Irrigation,PHE,DLF,Public Health, Dams,Constructions companies,M.E.S.,J.C.O's in Army etc. and are designated as Sectional Officer/Jr. Engineer.

Such diploma holders can also start their own business of construction as a contractor in State/Centre Government, Corporation & Municipal Committees etc. after getting the license from the concerned authority.

I am Diploma in Electronics and telecommunication bt when I am going to apply for the RRB JE post , there under the Education Qualification section the " Electronics and Telecommunication " together is not listed the options for me listed are :-
1. Diploma in combination of any subject stream of basic streams of electronics engineering
2. Diploma in combination of any subject stream of basic streams of commmunication engineering
3. Diploma in communication engineering
4. Diploma in Electronics Engineering.

Which one out of four option should I select for applying the form ???
