Appearing in SNAP is mandatory for doing second MBA from SIMS? Is there any relaxation for Defence Personnel's Dependent?


I am already doing Mba(mkt) and completing it. I'm planning to go for an another MBA most probably in IB, so for that whether I have to appear in SNAP to get admission in SIMS, kirkee as I'm a defence personnel's dependent. I will already be PG so is appearing in snap necessary?

Yes. SNAP is compulsory to be appeared and qualify to get MBA (International Business) admission in SIMS.

Eligibility
- You must have passed bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university.
- You are required to appear and qualify SNAP entrance exam.

Reservation For Defense Category
- Defence Category - Open/General : 80%
- Defence Category - Special : 10%
- Open Category : 10% for civilian candidates

SNAP Exam Pattern
- Number of Questions : 150
- Total Marks : 150
- Exam Duration : 2 Hours
- SNAP comprises of total 4 sections.
1) General Awareness
2) Analytical and Logical Reasoning
3) General English
4) Quantitative, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency

Tentative Dates
- Online Registration Starts of SNAP : August, 2018
- SNAP Registration Closes : November, 2018
- SNAP Exam Date : December, 2018
- SNAP Result Announcement : December End, 2018
- Declaration of Shortlisted Candidates For PIWAT : January, 2019
- PIWAT Date : February, 2019
- Declaration of Final Merit List : February, 2019
- Last Date of Fee Payment : March, 2019
- Reporting At Institute : June, 2019
