Applying for CME,Army after scoring 62% marks in 12th PCM under OBC category?
i am 18 years old and i have scored 62% marks in pcm 12th and I m in O.B.C.category can I apply for cme, army?

You can apply for CME,Army as most of the cut off will be 65%..
but as you are OBC you should be good in written test.
