Hi sir,

i have completed B-Tech(IT) and now working in a private concern. I wolud like to apply for TNPSC group2 exam which is published recently and end date is 31dec2009. Am i eligible for write this exam? Can u please guide me for which post i can apply ? Also which books to refer to prepare for exams?

Please help me in this.

Yes dear, of course you are eligible for it.

group-2 consists of posts like municiple commissioner,sud-megistrate etc.

It is better to join a good coaching for it,because TNPSC is not an easy task,you will face a slight problem in cracking it as you belongs from an engineering background.

Since you are B.E graduate you can apply only for the post of Assistant Inspector of Labour as the other posts of group 2 does not rely on B.E i think so for more information visit the following:

you will be given district level jobs after appearing and clearing the exam......as you are working now and will be away from books and studies ...so it will be the best for you if you join a private coaching classes for your preparation............

]--Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Services Examination:-
Academic - MA (Cooperation)/M Com with Cooperation or Degree in Cooperation or Diploma in Rural Services or Diploma in Associateship of Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Age - 21-28 years. No age limit for SC/ST/BC candidates.

Tamil Nadu Cooperative Subordinate/Secretariat/ Ministerial Services Examination:-
Academic Qualification -Degree.
For Co-operative Subordinate Service - Degree plus Diploma in Rural Services
Age - 21-28 years.

Tamil Nadu Forest Subordinate Services Examination:-
Academic Qualifications - B.Sc.
Age - 18-28 years

Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Subordinate Services Group VII
Examination:-
Academic Qualifications - Degree.
Age - 30-35 years.
