No, West Bengal School Service exam doesn't require any percentage marks.

Those candidate have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for West Bengal school service exam.

Your age should be in between 20 to 40 years. Age relaxation for OBC candidates is 3years, for SC/ST candidates is 5yrs and for PH candidates is 10yrs .
