Are B.ed students eligible for TET?
Sir,
I am a Msc(microbiology),with B ed, I am qualified for tet(pondicherry)? In the prospectus , microbiology code not mentioned. |

Yes ,you are eligible for teacher eligibility test(TET) exam after completing B.Ed.
The basic eligibility criteria for TET exam is----> ->You should have passed 12th class from any recognized board with atleast 45% marks in aggregate. ->You should have also passed BA / B.Sc. and other diploma course with at least 50 percent marks and B.Ed qualification can also apply. |

People with professional teaching qualifications, including the B.T.C (D.El.Ed), B.Ed, and B.El.Ed, are eligible to take the test. Candidates must score over 60% to pass
