you are a B.com graduate so there is no need to do another course but for managing level you should do Mba in finance it helps you to be a bank manager other is CPA program, or post graduate diplomas in wealth management,advance diploma on banking,finance amd insurence ,

It is better to do diploma in banking and finance wha is offered by college such as annamali university or diploma in financial planning, chartered accountancy .

HI FRIEND,
If u want to go to finance section with good salary u can write CA,CS,ICWA
exams.In this there will be 2 levels those are
1)inter level
2)final level
if u pass inter level then u can attain more salary.But here there is some problem that is passing of CA,CS is not that much easy.The exams are held for these are at December.
If u pass both levels then u will be the FINANCING MANAGER of a company.

You are B.COM graduate, so you have no need to take higher study for career in banking and finance sector. You can join companies related to buisness.
if you want to take higher study then MBA is option for you. you can also take M.COM degree for career in banking and finace. Basically you are sufficient for career in banking and finance sector. higher study is your choice.

There are many good courses like MBA, PGDBM, CA, and ICWAI which will give you a promising career. After completing the course in Banking and Finance you can work as financial analysts, Corporate Controllers. After few years of experience you can be a Chief Financial Officer. Treasurers and Finance Officers, Risk and Insurance Managers, Investment Banking Associates, Credit Managers and Specialists, Investment Sales Associates and Traders etc... are other options.

basically this exam conduct in 3 phases
1- written exam
2- group discussion/personal interview
