for becoming an IAS officer you have to be a graduate and after that you can appear in exams like
IAS (Indian Administrative Services) officer
IPS (Indian Police Services) officer

To become an ias officer you are required to attend the civil services examination for which any undergraduation is the eligibility and then by passing prelims and the intermediates you need to have top scores so that could become ias officers and their subordinate posts.

For becoming an IAS Officer, you will have to appear in a common UPSC exam which has three phases: Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam and GD-Interview. According to your score, you will get rankings and mostly for becoming IAS, you have to achieve ranks above 100.

you should have obtained an under graduate degree in any field and from any institution. you should write the tnpsc exams

for writing civil services exams you just need to fulfill two basic criteria that is

following is the eligibility conditions for IAS exam conducted by upsc;

1)candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.

2)Candidates possessing professional and technical qualifications which are recognised by Government as equivalent to professional and technical degree would also be eligible for admission to the examination.

3) In exceptional cases the Union Public Service Commission may treat a candidate who has not any of the foregoing qualifications as a qualified candidate provided that he has passed examination conducted by the other Institutions, the standard of which in the opinion of the Commission justifies his admission to the examination

to become an IAS officer you should have a graduation degree at least so if you have this you can apply for IAS released now ...........hurry the last date is near to end

to become a ias officer you need to write in UPSC exam
and minimum eligibility to appear in upsc exam is graduation in any field

it is mandatory to passed the graduation with minimum 50% marks for filling the form of IAS.this exam is conducted by UPSC .according to my knowledge best caching for IAS is in delhi.

if you are a graduate with 50 percent marks you are eligible to appear in examination....
this exam requires a single-minded preparation of about 1 year. you have to study a great deal about different subjects to prepare for general studies besides the optional you are taking for the examination.

minimum qualification is you should posses a degree ... becoming an ias officer is very tough

If you want to become an IAS Officer you have to appear for the UPSC Civil Services Exam which happens in 3 stages. The Prelims sometime in May, then the Mains Exam
and the Interview. To get into the IAS, you probably will have to try more than once before you succeed. So, basically getting into the IAS is not that easy.

As per the given guidelines above i find the criteria for appearing in IAS exam is minimum 50% in graduation and if there is any criteria to option one subject that only secure 50% pls sugest for it

after graduation clear all the three stages of UPSC civil services exam.profieciency in english language is must.so if you are not fluent then make a good command over that.

To become IAS officer, the candidate needs to write the civil service examination conducted by UPSC.
There are three stages of the examination.
1.Preliminary exam
2.Main exam

The minimum eligiblity required to appear for the examinations are as follows;
