After completion of your diploma in civil engineering ,from my point of view is that you should go for the LEET examinations.

LEET stands for the Lateral entry entrance test.This examinations is conducted for getting entrance to candidates directly in to the second year of engineering in various colleges who have completed diploma in any stream.

If you clear this exam with good rank then you will be able pursue you bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputed college .After completion of your bachelor's degree in engineering you will have lots of scope like :

>>To go for the GATE exams for pursuing master's degree program.

>>GATE score card will help you in getting good jon in various PSUs.

>>You will be able to get job in private sector with handsome packages.

>>You can go for the IES exams.

This will be the best option for you.It will lead you towards a bright future.Now it depends upon you what is your intention.

there are many option after diploma in civil engineering.

you can join private sector as well as government sector.

there is best option for that is LEET exam.

LEET exam stands for lateral entry engineering test.

Education qualification required for LEET exam:

1. Candidate have to pass 10th from a recognized university with 50% or more marks.
2. Candidate have to pass diploma from a recognized university with min 50% marks
3. candidate have to study physics,chemistry,math

Engineering degree in civil is one of the best options after diploma in civil engineering. Diploma holders have the option to join 2nd year of the program. Admission to the course is done through lateral entry entrance exams. PG diploma in civil engineering is another suitable course. You can make a decision according to your interest.

If you want bright future than go for the Bachelor of Technology course. I will recommend not to change the branch and complete B.Tech in Civil for a secure future.

After completing B.Tech you will have far better opportunities in comparison to diploma. You can apply for the Indian Engineering Service exam or Public Sector Undertaking for better jobs than what you can get after diploma course.

Even in private sector the jobs offered will be better and there will always be the scope of promotion that is not the case for diploma holders.

What you need to do is apply for Civil Engineering through lateral entry scheme. Through this scheme you can take admission in the second year of B.Tech course which will make it a 3 years long course for you.

For lateral entry admission you are not required to appear for the following entrance exams:-

AIEEE

ISEET

IIT-JEE

BITSAT

UPSEE


You need to appear for the Lateral Entry Engineering Test (LEET) which is specifically conducted for lateral entry admission. It is conducted in various states. To sit for this exam you will have to score 60 percent marks in diploma course.

The Lateral Entry Engineering Test is not the only entrance exam for lateral admission. There are other exams as well where candidates with less than 60 percent can apply.

Some colleges will even give direct admission based on the percentange of the candidate.

After diploma in Civil engineering , you have a good career aspects . You can go for the Advance diploma course or you can join later entry in bachelor's degree course .

You can get the admission through entrance examination or Management Quota . If want to join the top college in Civil Engineering course then you need to crack the entrance examination . After clearing entrance examination , you got the admission in top Institution and it is helpful for your career growth wise as well as good placement also . Comparing to management quota fee it is very less through entrance examination .

Hai, congratulations for completing diploma in civil engineering. Now you can join in job which gives better life means steady and enjoying.The minimum salary may be 10,000/- , after one year you can get 20,000/-.
If you are feeling not enough, then you can study B.Tech. After completing B.Tech you will have better life than diploma. Now you can get government jobs with minimum of 30,000/-. After one year you can get 50,000/-.
