No need to worry, first thing is that you need to find out why your child is failing consecutively for the 2nd time, because the problem lies within us but we lack the generosity of finding it out and solve it. So, first find the reason behind why your child is failing, the following tips might help you:
-Special child, if he is thinking unrealistic things 24x7, then he need a special attention and care
-Wasting time, is he spending time somewhere else in the name of study
-Weakness, is he lagging behind any subject or least interest him because he can't understand
-Vigilance, need to watch most of the time by guardian regarding his desires, interest, steps and attitude
-Depression, is he going through any stress or panic
-Solution, need to solve or correct the things which he is lagging or weak or mischievously doing and provide a proper ambiance to study whole heartly and provide support in all respect to him.

This are the few things which you need to apply, because transferring him to a boarding school is not always a solution to discipline a child, most of the time it backfires and the child instead of improving, degrades eventually.

A teacher can show the best path of the life but its the responsibility of the guardian to implement so that the child doesn't take a wrong turn.

>> Child may need a counselling , which will develop his self confidence and remove all hindrance in studies.
>> Change the school where he is not successful , new study environment , new class mates may motivate him to do better in future.
>> Boarding schools may be preferred if a child need special attention toward studies and it would be easy to trace the performance of student.
