Your first question - Can a Graduate from Arts stream be able to do Company Secretary

Yes, A art stream student can do this course.As there is no restriction on the stream and on the subjects a student has taken in his/her class 12th.

10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification.
or
if you are graduate in any stream from recognized university you need not to clear the first

stage of the company secretary course.

Your second question - Duration of this CS course

Duration of whole course is not more than - 3.5 years (Minimum).

Every eight month before you have to fill the application form of C.S. examination foundation program.

There are two session generally in a year for C.S.

So for June,2012 session you have to fill up the form on 30th September,2011.

And the December,2012 session you have to fill up the form on 31th March,2012.
