The eligibility criteria for University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test:

*Master's degree from a UGC recognized university. Post graduation final year engineering candidates can apply for NET exam.

*Percentage requirement for this exam is 55% in master's degree.

*No upper age limit for lectureship.

You can appear in Economics subject. NET is conducted by CBSE on behalf of UGC.
