There is no government approved technical institute in Pune or Kanpur which offers diploma in mechanical engineering for working candidates. Government approved technical institute offer regular diploma course.

So to pursue diploma, you need to leave job and then join any college. You can apply Uttar Pradesh State diploma exam for admission in government approved diploma colleges.
