You can definitely appear for IAS after getting a B.Tech Degree. Even you can appear for the IAS exam being a third year candidate also. IAS is Indian Administrative Service. The Exam is India's toughest exam and also the most prestigious. The notification for the IAS will be published by the UPSC government. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:- Should have a graduation degree in any stream. Final year candidates are also allowed to appear the exam.
