Please someone clear my age doubt regarding IES exam that
My date of birth is 08-04-1985.
am i eligible for IES-2015?

Sorry to say that you are not eligible for the IES 2015 exam. Since, you have already reached 30 years 0 months 2 days at the time Last Date (10 April, 2015). So, you are not eligible for the IES 2015 exam. However, If you belonged from reserved category then you may have a chance to participate in IES 2015 exam.

IES Eligibility Criteria (2015)

Age Eligibility:
- The applicant age should be in between 21 years to 30 years as on 1st January of the exam year. Applicants who belong to SC /ST Category will be relaxed in age upto 5 years and Those who belong to OBC Category will be relaxed upto 3 years.

Academic Qualification:
- The applicant must be a graduate in Engineering from a recognized university and Final year students can also appear in IES exam 2015.

Important Dates

- Date of Notification: 14 March, 2015
- Last Date to Apply: 10 April, 2015
- Date of Exam: 12 June, 2015 (3 days exam)
