Can I apply for B.Ed after scoring 41% in B.A?

I have 41% in B.A .can I apply for B.ED...please tell me if its possible for me to apply

hi,
i am sorry to say that you can not apply for B.Ed in the government collage.
but you may get admissions in the private collage.
