Can I apply for the Loco Pilot post after ITI 2nd year?


I am a student of iti second year can i apply for this post....please tell me if its possible to join this post

Dear Friend

You are eligible to appear for the post Loco Pilot as the minimum criteria
for applying is appearing/passing in the qualifying examination.

But before applying be sure that your ITI final result will be available at the time of joining.
