Can MCM student apply for NET exam
Please help me
I am very confuse about NET.

for junier research fellowship program there is a agelimt of not more than 28 yrs

As per eligibilty criteria for NET exam,you must have secured Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% from any reputed college under UGC recognition.
