Can I apply for Punjab PCS exam after passing B.Tech? Will I be eligible for mains without having a valid bachelors degree?
I am pusuing my b.tech,due to be completed by june 2013.
Can i apply for the punjab PCS exam?? Will i be eligible for mains withiut having a valid bachelor's degree?? |
