You have completed diploma course in Civil Engineering so you are not eligible for SSC CGL exam.

Minimum qualification required to apply for this examination is completing a degree course from a recognized Institution. SSC CGL exam doesn't require any percentage marks in graduation degree.

AMIE stands for the Association member of Institute of Engineers. The degree obtained from this institute is valid for all type of government job exams.
