Yes, you are eligible for SSC CGL exam.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an Indian government organization which will recruit staff members for the various posts in the various departments and ministries.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for SSC CGL exam.

Your age should be 21 to 27 years.

Sure, you are eligible for graduate level entrance exams. General eligibility criteria for SSC exam is as follows:-

Educational Qualification :-

Candidate should posses a valid degree from recognized university or equivalent.

Age limit:-

Minimum age should be 18 and maximum 27 .Might vary for certain posts.
There is age relaxation category wise:
1] OBC- 3 years.
2]SC/ST-5years.
3]Physically hadicape-10 years.

Nationality:
citizen of India,
Subject of Nepal,
Subject of Bhutan.

Exam Pattern:

There are three modes in which exam to be conducted:-
1] First mode, candidate have to solve objective type questions (100) of 200 marks.It is online exam.

2]In second mode, there are four papers , first two papers are compulsory . Each paper carries 200 marks and duration of 2 hours each. Exam conducted online.

3]In third phase, candidate may ask to write essay, application,letter in offline mode. Examination is of 100 marks with 60 minutes duration.

Note :- Tattoos criteria is for candidates who wish to apply for armed force services.

you are eligible for this exam,there is no problem of tatoo.

You can apply for Staff Selection commission combined graduate level exam after completing graduation or B.Tech from any recognized university with 50%.

Group B post (grade pay 4200,4600)-For general category age limit is below 30 years. For sc/st age relaxation 5 years.

Group c post (grade pay 2400,2800)- For general category age limit is below 27 years. For sc/st age relaxation 5 years.
