Yes, you can apply for UP Government exam i.e. UP-PSC exam.

Online application forms were released on 22/02/17.

While last date to apply for exam is 27/03/17.

Minimum age to apply for this exam is 21 years and upper age limit is fixed at 40 years.

If you are a reserved category candidate, then you will get age relaxation as per rules.
