Well actually i did my 12 exam in 2010 and i wanted to attempt AIIMS exam in 2016. Can i attempt it in 2016? Till now i have not given a single attempt.

If your age is less than 25 years on 31st December , 2016 , then you can apply for AIIMS 2016.

Eligibility
-You must have passed (10+2) in science with Physics , Chemistry & Maths subjects with atleast 50%.
- Your age must be between 17 to 25 years on 31st December of the examination year.

Application Procedure
- You need to visit website www.aiimsexams.org
- Register Online
- You need to provide their necessary details like Name, Mobile number and Email ID and register it.
- You have to login at site and fill their personal, qualification, internship details as mentioned in the form.
- After filling up the necessary details , You are required to upload their recent passport size photograph and signature in JPEG format and as per the requirement in the form and submit it.
- You have to pay the application fees to complete the process online or offline.
- You are required to keep a copy of receipt for further reference.

AIIMS 2016 Exam Pattern
- Time Duration : 200 Minutes
- Total Questions : 200 Questions
- Total Marks : 200 Marks
Physics - 60 questions
Chemistry - 60 questions
Biology (Botany and Zoology) - 60 questions
General Knowledge - 20 questions
- Each incorrect response will get a score of 1/3 Mark.
- Each correct response will get a score of 1 mark.

A candidate can appear for AIIMS Entrance exam only for 3 consecutive times.

As you haven't appeared for AIIMS exam till now, so you can appear for exam in 2016.

But note that your age must be between 17 to 26 years to be eligible for appearing in the entrance exam.

Online Registration for AIIMS Entrance exam will start from March, 2016.

Important Dates for AIIMS 2016 exam are:
Online Registration starts: March, 2016
Last date of Online registration: April, 2016
Admit cards availability from: May, 2016
Exam Date of AIIMS: 29th May 2016
Result Declaration: 14th June, 2016
Counselling starts from: July, 2016

Ofcourse. AIIMS requirements are that you should be 17 years and older. You can definitely write your AIIMS now.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for AIIMS entrance examination to get admission in medical courses.

The eligibility to appear for entrance examination is candidate must have passed or pursuing 10+2 from any recognised with PCB as main paper and have at least 60% aggregate with relaxation for reserved category. There is no limitation on maximum age limit but minimum age limit is 17 years as on 31st December of year of appearing for examination.
