Hello sir ....this is Shubham here ....I wanna know that my date of birth is 5.9.1999.is I'm eligible for AIPMT 2016 exam or not ...I'm studying in 12 class right now ...please give my a reply with a appropriate reason ...I'm eager to know sir.....please help fast....

It is sorry to say you that you can not appear in the AIPMT exam at this age.

AIPMT is all India premedical test. This test is conducted by the CBSE every year.This is an entrance exam for the admission in good and reputed Medical colleges.


The basic eligibility criteria for this exam is, to have a +2 course from a recognised board with good percentile.Aslo the appearing aspirant must have the science stream with biology as a major or minor subject during + 1 and +2.The age of appearing aspirant must lie in between 17 years to 25 years to be eligible for this exam .

No, Candidate of 16 years age can't appear in AIPMT 2016 exam.

Candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks are eligible for AIPMT 2016 exam but your 12th standard subject are Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. For SC/ST candidate this percentage is reduced to 40%.

Your age should be in between 17 to 26 years. No age relaxation provide for reserved category.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the AIPMT examination conducted by the CBSE every year for the admission in the medical courses.

The eligibility to appear for the examination :-
* Candidates must have passed or pursuing in the 12th.
* Candidates age must be 17-24 years as on the December of year of appearing.
* Candidates must have the PCB as main subject in the board examination.

So you are eligible to appear for the examination next year. The application form for the examination is released in the month of November and the examination is conducted in the month of May. The examination contains the questions from the PCB.

So you need to continue your preparation for the examination to qualify in the examination.

AIPMT stands for All India Pre-Medical/ Pre-Dental Test and is organised by Central Board of Secondary Education once every year for the selection of students for their MBBS or BDS courses from top medical colleges.

Yes you can appear for AIPMT exam being 16 years old but you need to complete 17 years of age by December 31st for taking admission in the courses.

After taking admission in 1st year you will complete 17 years by 31st December, so there will not be any problem.

Apart from them there are other eligibility's are
Eligibility :
1. You must complete 12th with biology, physics and chemistry group.
2. You must have minimum 50% marks and above in 12th.
3. Your age must be in 17 - 25 years only.

All the states students are eligible for AIPMT except Telangana, AP, Jammu and Kashmir.

The Upper Age limit for admission under 15% of All India Quota is 25 years on December 31st of year of the exam.

The candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC have the upper age limit extend to 5 years.

The candidates who have given the intermediate exam , and its result is yet not declared , are eligible to apply for AIPMT 2016 .

Candidates must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English in the qualifying exam by scoring 50%.

My birthday is 8 June 2000 I am presently in class 11th ,I would be completing my 12th boards in 2017 so can i appear for AIPMT 2017 as per as my age , PLEASE REPLY
