Chemistry cannot be replaced for Computers just because Chemistry is a primary subject.

If you are a non-medical candidate, then Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are among the primary subjects for engineering student.

Computers will be your optional subject.

If you are possessing Commerce stream, then there is no such Chemistry subject in that stream.

So, if you are possessing PCM stream, then Chemistry cannot be replaced by Computers subject.

No. You can not replace Chemistry with the Computers. There is no such provision for replacement.

Colleges and the Board will not accept for it.

But, after passing 12th, you can change to Computers in Degree. In Degree, there are groups with Mathematics and Computers subjects.

As of now, you can learn fundamentals in computers from computer coaching institutes.
