In order to be eligible for the Commercial Pilot Licence, candidate must have passed the +2 level of Examination from a recognized Board with 50% marks in Mathematics and Physics. Beside this one must possess Private Pilot Licence with flying experience in the last three years. The candidate must be between the age limit of 18 years to 30 years beside medical clearance from AFCME, New Delhi or IAM, Bangalore. Candidate can get Commercial Pilot Licence after flying training for 129 hours to complete 250 hours of flying. One has to go through a written Test. Hence, one has to follow the following Steps to become a Commercial pilot: Student Pilot License [SPL]: Candidate must be at least 16 years of age and have passed Xth Standard. Private Pilot License [PPL]: Candidate must have passed the +2 Level of Examination and medical fitness certificate from AFCME or IAM beside attaining the age of 17 Years. |
