I am not very sure what you really want to know because graduation can be done anytime after qualifying +2 level of exam and since you have mentioned about the JBT course, it also requires the candidate to have completed +2 level of exam.

So, If you have completed +2 and followed it by JBT course, you can definitely continue your studies and pursue a degree program without giving any gap.
