i hv done b.a 1st frm kuk nd 2nd,3rd frm eiilm in 2010 to 2012 is valid 4 govt. job

No, you can not do M.Phil course from EILM University because this university is not recognized.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible for M.Phil course. There is no age criteria.
