can i do mtech after msc in chemistry?Because i am very much interested to study chemistry.

Yes, of course you can apply for the GATE examination because according to the eligibility conditions Master's degree holders in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Applications or equivalent and those who are in the final or pre-final year of such programmes can also apply.

because already you are do one master course in chemstry after
that you are not able
to attain this type of exam..

for M.TECH:-

* Candidate pass graduation or technical degree.
so you go for higher study like

M.phill in chemstry

you are eligible for M-TECH course because the criteria of M-TECH course is

1)Bachelor degree holders in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture (4 years after 10+2) and those who are in the final or pre-final year of such programmes.

2)Master degree holders in any branch of Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Applications or equivalent and those who are in the final or pre-final year of such programmes.

3)Candidates in the second or higher year of the Four-year Integrated Master degree programme (Post-B.Sc.) in Engineering/ Technology or in the third or higher year of Five-year Integrated Master degree programme and Dual Degree programme in Engineering/ Technology

so you have completed M.SC in chemistry so you are eligible for M-TECH.

if you interested in the m.tech studies then you have to give the gate exam .
after persuing the descent rank in the gate exam you will become eligible to get admission in the colleges offering m.tech

gate exam is consists of single paper of duration of 3 hours.
you can choose the subject of your interest
the subjects of our interests like computer science , electronics , physics , maths , chemistry , electrical engineering are available..
