Being an BCA candidate your not eligible to apply for M.tech , To apply for M.tech course you should complete B.tech / Master degrees like, M.sc or MCA the only your eligible to apply for M.tech course .

M.tech stands for Bachelor degree . The duration of the course is for two years and the course is divided into four semester .

There are lot of specialization are available in M.tech course . You may apply for any one of specialization ,

Specialization in M.tech :-

• M.tech in Computer Engineering
• M.tech in Mechanical Engineering
• M.tech in Civil Engineering
• M.tech in Aerospace Engineering
• M.tech in Architecture Engineering
• M.tech in Automobile Engineering
• M.tech in Biotechnology

To apply for this Course you have to satisfy the eligibility criteria , The Eligibility criteria for M.tech course is differ from Institution to Institution

Eligibility Criteria :-

You should complete B.tech course with minimum 60% percentage of marks from recognized university .

( OR )

You should Complete Master degree in M.sc ( Master of Science) / MCA ( Master of Computer Application ) with good percentile of marks .

You have to qualified in GATE ( Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering ) / AIEEE ( All India Engineering Entrance Examination ) with good percentile of marks .

The Admission for M.tech course is based on the Merit list . So, If your score good percentile of marks in Entrance Examination you may get admission for M.tech course .

So, as per the eligibility criteria your not eligible for Now , Please complete your Master degree then apply for M.tech course.

No my dear friend you can't
apply for M.Tech after completing
B.CA course .
For M.Tech a candidate should
have B.Tech degree .
As you said that you have
completed BCA for BCA candidate
they will have to
do MCA after they are eligible for
M.Tech .For M.Tech you will have
to appear
in the GATE exam .After that you
will get college .
So as per my concern you should
go with M.CA instead of M.Tech .

GATE is the graduate aptitude test of engineering and In all india M.tech admission is done on the base of GATE score of candidate.
now you are in mechanical engineering.there are many specializatin in M.tech in mechanical engineering.

i had done BCA in 11 after that join company there they provided MT program for us ..it will applicable or not.

Can I do mtech after bca from Ignou and gniit software engineering.
