yes,ofcourse you can do M.Tech course with ECE stream being IT student of B.Tech course. it dosent matter what course you did and what you are going to do. what matters is that you are selected for the course and you are getting the course. than what is bad in this. so go and opt it,without ay hesitation. some colleges offering it are:- patel college,bhopal oriental college,bhopal |
