No, You cannot do MBA after BCA 2nd year but, You can do MBA in HR after completing BCA with at least 50% marks in aggregate. After graduation you should fulfil entrance exam form. To take admission in MBA colleges of India you will have to pass some entrance exam like,

MAT Syllabus-
