No there is no percentage required to appear for this exam. Any graduate can apply for this exam. They should have studied in a recognised institute. But there is minimum age requirement of 21 years. Also the maximum age limit is 30 years. There is relaxation in this criteria for those belonging to SC, ST, OBC etc.

To seat in IRS and IAS exams there is no such particular marks needed. They don't bother about the percentage in your graduation. You just have to do your graduation from a recognized university. But in case of age you must be between 21-30 years.
So get yourself prepare for the exams. work hard. Best of luck..

Both IAS and IRA exams are conducted bu UPSC .The eligibility criteria for both are same .So if you are eligible for IAS that means you are eligible for IRS also .

Eligibility criteria for IAS and IRS exams -

1.Educational qualification = Bachelor's degree in Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry,Geology,Maths,Physics,Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering .
2.Age limit = 21 to 30 years .
3.Number of permissible attempt = 4 times

So from the required it is clear that no percentage is required for IRA ansIAS .
So don't be bother about this .

Thank you

Both IAS (Indian Administrative Service) and IRS (Indian Revenue Service) are the two top civil services in India.

There is no separate Entrance Exams to join these civil services. But there is a common written exam to be placed in all the civil services which is civil services exam.

The complete selection procedure would involve
Civil Services Aptitude Test
Civil Services Main Exam
Interview

One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream to be eligible to apply for civil services exam.

There is no percentage of marks criteria for this Exam.

If you have successfully completed your Graduation, that is more than enough in making you eligible to apply for this Exam.

However, have a glance over the following age criteria

21-30 years for General category.
Relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for the candidates of OBC category.
Relaxation in upper age limit upto 5 years for the candidates of SC or ST category.

One should be a citizen of India to apply for this Exam.

If you possess the above mentioned criteria, have good preparation for the Exam and crack it.

Wish you all the best.
