The M.Sc. courses offered at BITS Pilani are Integrated First Degree courses.

One can apply for these courses after passing 10+2.
One can apply for the same in the year when you would be appearing 12th board exam
and in the immediate next year.

Therefore graduates are not eligible to apply for these courses.

If you are interested to do M.Sc. from a good engineering institute then you should
apply for Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM)

The entrance exam is conducted by IITs for admisison in M.Sc. courses at IIT campuses
and B.Sc. degree holders are eligible for this exam.

The registration process for JAM 2013 has been started already.
The last date of applying online is 23rd October 2012.
