Can I do Ph.D through correspondence? I have completed M.Ed through Kashmir University


i have completed m.ed through kashmir uni. i want to do phd what will i do?
i am kashmiri, i cannot go outside kashmir,as i belongs to poor family. my family afford me the phd expenditure.so, can i do phd through corespondence. plz give me the procedure.

I have done MBA from United Business Institute(Belgium Europe) from Jaro Education mumbai after completing my 3 yrs diploma in instrumentation from mumbai university.I have 9 yrs experience in the field of instrumentation as a project mananger.Whether i am eligible for phd in mangement studies(correspondence) from mumbai university?
