hi,
IPS exam stands for indian police service exam which is conducted by upsc. UPSC exam consists three stages- Preliminary Mains Interview On the other hand, IAS exam stands for indian administrative service. Both are big post of indian goverment. Eligibility:- >you must be graduate from a recognized university in any stream. >age limit is 21 to 30 years. >you must be indian citizen. >you must be physically as well as mentally fit. As you are interested for IAS /IPS exam for this you have to appear for Civil Service Exam which is conducted through UPSC every year ,There are certain eligibility criteria to apply this exam: Qualification: *The candidates should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognize university. AGE limit: The age limit is 21 - 30 yrs. There is a age relaxation for SC/ST & OBC candidates. Eligibility for this exam : 1. you have pass with min. 60 % marks in your field or in your sector and also you passed with any recognized university/collage. 2. your citizenship is Indian. 3. Nationality: ~ Candidate appearing for the exam must be a citizen of India Age Limit: ~ There are certain upper age relaxation allowed for all category candidates. ~ The age limit for the General category candidate is 21-30 years ~ The candidate of Sc/St candidate should have 21-35 years ~ The candidate of OBC candidate should have 21-33 years ~ The candidate who is a Ex-service men will get 5 years exception from the prescribed limits. Education Qualification: ~ For both the IAS/IPS exam you need to have completed a degree from a recognized university with a fair percentage and you can completed your degree in any discipline as there is no restriction. Dear aspirant,
-Yes you will be eligible for IAS/IPS exam after completing your BCA degree. -The eligibility for IAS exam is graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. -The age limit for IAS exam is 21 to 30 years for general category candidates. -There is age relaxation available for SC/ST for 5 years, OBC for 3 years and Physically handicapped for 10 years. -The number of attempts is also limited for General and OBC category. For general it is 4 times and for OBC 7 times. -For SC/ST the number of attempts is not limited. -You have to pass IAS prelims exam to be eligible for IAS mains exam. Last stage is personal interview. -If you clear these exams with good marks then you will become an IAS officer . BEST OF LUCK.... |
