Yes, you can appear for the ISAT exam after completing 12th class. The basic criterion is that you should have completed the 12th class with science as the major subject. You should have taken Physics, chemistry and Mathematics as the main subjects. You should also score an aggregate of 70% marks in the 12th class level. There is relaxation in case of marks for the SC/ST categories. You should be born on or before October 1, 1985. You can apply for this exam via online.
