see dear getting admission in any engineering colleges is not only confined to your performance in the board exams .
you need to perform well in the engineering entrance exam as well.
so if you have appeared for any engineering entrance exam like JEE or MT-CET (engineering entrance exam of Maharashtra state). then you can surely apply for admission in government as well as private colleges of Maharashtra.
