MH CET stands for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test.

You must know that MIT, Pune is one of the top colleges of Maharashtra and there is no chance for any candidate to get admission in MIT with just 76 marks in MH CET examination.

You will not be able to get admission in MH CET.
